General Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing from the time of receipt.
Shipping Time:
- India-Wide: 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Hours:
Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Signature Requirement:
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternative recipient (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour) who can sign on your behalf.
Responsibility for Goods:
Ossa Products is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person. Once the delivery is signed for, we are not liable for any damage or loss of the product.
Damages and Shortages:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping Charges:
